How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed by email, fax and phone, via our website or through your local Sales Consultant. Find your local Sales Consultant
What if I don’t have an account with Flower Systems?
For new customers once your order has been received you will be contacted by our Customer Services Team to arrange for payment. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard or Cheque. Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched with a Tax Invoice.
How do I open an Account with Flower Systems?
For new accounts we require three pro forma transactions and a credit application to be completed.
Is there a freight charge?
Flower and greenery orders over the value of $750.00 excl GST are Freight Free.
There is a freight charge on all large items including but not exclusive to Vases, Trees, Urns, Plinths and Christmas Trees. If you’re unsure whether an item attracts freight charges please ask a member of the team. We use three freight carrying companies to ensure we get the best value for you.
